We are currently looking for an individual to join the team in the role of full time Receptionist Maintenance Coordinator.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Answer Phones/Emails Open & Close Maintenance Tickets Scheduling Lease Renewal Inspection Calculate and Input Payroll Create Purchase Orders Coordinate with Pest Control Walk Make Readies & New Move INS Scheduling of Rent Ready Vendors Any Administrative Duties Related to the Maintenance Department Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Good organizational skills Ability to work well within a small team environment Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills PC skills:
Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook, Excel, Word Bilingual in Spanish A
Salary based on experience Job Type:
